cancellation Policy

This policy discusses acceptable forms of payment, cancellation fees, missed appointments, and reminder calls.

SassyStreaks Hair Salon is a judgement-free zone and does not discriminate against race, religion, or sexual preference.

I have the right to refuse service at any time.

Forms of payment

Service Deposits

  • Debit card
  • Credit card
  • Google pay
  • Apple Pay
  • No cash or check or 3rd party.

In Salon Service

  • Debit 
  • Credit 
  • Cash 

Refundable deposit 

Pre-booked clients -Deposit and appointment reminder is 3-5 days prior and required when appointment is confirmed 
 
New bookings (ALL Clients) 
Deposit is required at the time any new appointment is made. By or before 12 hour timeframe. 
 
All appointments that are a new request and/or has a future secured appointment have a 12 hour window to secure appointment and a reminder will be provided cutoff is 9 pm and 9 am. 

Late cancellation notices

If You need to cancel an appointment, I respectfully require that You provide AT LEAST a 24 hour notice.

If You fail to notify Me 24 hours in advance, this will invoke a Cancellation Fee, of which will be 20% of Your booked service.

The amount (20% of Your booked service) will be charged in Your client portfolio and payment will be required before any future bookings are made at SassyStreaks Hair Salon.

In the case of a true, unforeseen, and unavoidable emergency, a cancellation fee may still be charged to Your portfolio for a future booking but part of or the full amount may be deducted from Your future appointment cost.

Late or missed appointment

If You arrive more than 20 minutes late for Your appointment, I cannot guarantee that I will provide Your service. I will, however, try and reschedule Your appointment to another time that suits you.

Three consecutive missed appointments will result in denial of service. No exceptions.

reminder calls

SassyStreaks Hair Salon will always try to achieve the best client satisfaction; one way in doing so is by Reminder Calls.

While I strive to do my best to give advanced Reminder Calls for Your scheduled appointment, it is NOT My sole responsibility to remind You.

It is Your responsibility to record the date and time of Your appointment. Late or missed appointments will result in a Cancellation Fee.

We offer all first time clients a 10% discount on all haircut services. Offer is not retroactive – must be mentioned at time of purchase!

Thursday:  10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Friday:  10:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Saturday:  10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Sunday:  Closed
