Cancellation/Refund/Missed Appointment Policy:
All prices are non-negotiable and price of service could increase at my discretion upon time of service. All appointments are final and non-refundable. Sassy Streaks will do everything in their power and make every attempt to make the client happy with their color or cut treatment before issuing a refund of any kind. In the event you are not happy with the service, and you have allowed us to make every last attempt to correct the issue, Sassy Streaks will consider a refund if it is in the best interest of both parties. If a refund is issued, the client accepts they will not be allowed any future appointments with us.
24 Hour Cancellation notice is required.
When booking an appointment at Sassy Streaks Hair Salon, first time clients will be required to pay a 50% down payment via PayPal. This down payment will go towards the total amount of service as well as hold your appointment spot. Payment is due within 24 hours from when the appointment was made. * New clients who have made the initial deposit and choose to cancel their appointment will only receive 50% of their deposit back. Failure to make this deposit payment will result in the cancellation of your appointment. Once the deposit is made your appointment will be set. If you are unable to make the appointment and do not provide a 24 hour cancellation notice, you will lose your deposit payment and be required to pay a new deposit payment towards a rescheduled appointment.
If you do not abide by Sassy Streaks rules and policies, your service and any future appointments can be denied. Please note, Sassy Streaks Hair Salon will make every attempt to contact you with the information provided before taking any necessary actions. We are well aware of unknown and unexpected events or emergencies do occur. Therefore, at the discretion of Sassy Streaks will the policy be waived. We respect your time and hope that you respect ours as well.
Running Late for Appointment:
If you are running more than 15 min late for your appointment and we can not perform the service in the allotted time remaining, you will be required to reschedule.
We accept the following forms of payment: MasterCard, Visa, Debit Cards and cash or check.
Credit Card Required for Reservations
I ask our clients to provide us with a valid credit card to secure any reservation and to provide us with at least 24 hour notice of any changes or cancellations in order to avoid being charged a missed or late cancellation fee: 1st offense will result in a 50% of your appointment being charged to the credit card on file (You will receive 15% off your service when you rebook). 2nd offense will result in a 75% of your appointment being charged to the credit card on file (You will receive 10% off your service when you rebook). 3rd offense will result in a 100% of your appointment being charged to the credit card on file and you will not be allowed to rebook. This policy ensures that guest reservations and associate schedules are fully utilized by minimizing our late-cancel or missed appointment costs and allows me to provide value pricing to all of our customers.
